Attendance to accompanying persons’ program, all social events, tours and lunch on May 22-24

Social Programs & Tours

Social Programs & Tours will be offered to the attendees and the accompanying persons.
* The application for tours had been closed on April 19th, 2024.

Registration Desk Open Hours

Registration Desk will be open at the following location & hours.
May 21 (Tue): 1:00 PM - 8:00 PM @Crowne Plaza - ANA Osaka, an IHG Hotel
May 22 (Wed): 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM
May 23 (Thu): 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM
May 24 (Fri): 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM

PAYMENT

• - Must be made in Japanese yen.
• - Credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, Diners Club, AMEX or JCB) are available
• - The payment will be made in the name of "JTB Comm Design Registration".

NOTIFICATION TO ATTENDEES AFTER REGISTRATION

• - After completing each step of the registration process, a total of three emails will be automatically sent to the registered email address, including the login password for your registration account.
• - Please be sure that your email account does not automatically discard the confirmation to the spam folder.
